What are the different levels of ShippingEasy pricing? 💸

After our free Starter plan, our first paid plan level is the Basic plan starting at $29/month, and our plans go all the way up to our Enterprise plan at $159/month. Customer Marketing is also available for any plan level starting at $14/month. We’ve added a full chart below to give you a better idea of each plan’s features! 

What support is available with my ShippingEasy account? 💪

The free Starter plan has access to our extensive Knowledge Base and Community Forum posts, and our Basic plans and above have access to our award-winning ShippingEasy support team through chat, phone, and email. 

Can I integrate my store with ShippingEasy? 🏬

We do offer unlimited store integrations with many of the top marketplaces and stores for our Basic and above plans and up to three stores for our Free Starter plan! Some of our direct integrations include:

Is it possible to use an open API in ShippingEasy? 🔌

If we don’t offer your store integration, never fear! ShippingEasy has an open API for you to create the integration you need. However, we only provide limited support for these integrations, so we recommend using a developer to help with this process. Do my orders automatically sync into ShippingEasy? 📦

As long as your orders meet certain criteria, yes! Here’s a checklist to give you an idea of when your orders will automatically sync into ShippingEasy:   

  • Your orders are in a syncable status. These statuses are Awaiting Payment, Awaiting Fulfillment, Awaiting Shipment, and Partially Shipped, and they might be labeled a little differently depending on your store. 
  • Your store integration supports automatic syncs* 
  • Your automatic order downloads are turned on in your store settings

*Orders won’t automatically sync into ShippingEasy from Navigator Business Systems, OpenCart, PrestaShop, SyncCommerce, WooCommerce (Legacy), and X-Cart. 

What is ConnectEasy? 🖨

We’re about to rock your world! ConnectEasy is an app we partner with to give you automatic label printing. This way, you don’t have to go to your print queue every single time to print your labels, and you can send them to the printer of your choice.

Can I create personalized packing slips? 🧻

Absolutely! We have some premade packing slip templates to choose from, but we also provide our users with the option to customize your packing slips with our editor. You can even set up Shipping Rules to assign these different templates to your eligible stores. Pretty nifty, right? 

Can I buy shipping supplies from my ShippingEasy account? 💻

You can! We work with Onyx Products to give you some shipping supply options directly from your ShippingEasy account! Items like free USPS supplies can be ordered straight from your ShippingEasy dashboard to get you started. 

Do I get discounted shipping rates with ShippingEasy? 💰

All ShippingEasy users have access to USPS Commercial Rates and UPS One Balance rates. USPS Commercial Rates are rates you don’t have to negotiate with USPS yourself, and you’ll see up to 43% savings over those regular USPS Retail Rates. With UPS One Balance, you’ll see 88% off daily rates (international services), up to 72% for UPS 2nd Day Air service, and up to 77% off UPS Ground shipments.

Does ShippingEasy have marketing features? 📃

We have a couple of different marketing/personalized options for your business to really stand out! Branded Tracking is a free service for ShippingEasy users where you can customize the confirmation emails your customers receive. You can even enable SMS Branded Tracking where your customers can receive notifications about their domestic shipments straight to their phones.*

*Two notes: eBay doesn’t allow confirmation emails with any social media links for your business, and Amazon, Jane, Reverb, and Wish stores aren’t eligible for Branded Tracking emails due to store restrictions. 

We also offer a Customer Marketing feature starting at $14/month for 5,000 monthly emails. With Customer Marketing, you can run and track email campaigns for your customers.
