What is the biggest benefit of using ShippingEasy?
The biggest benefit of using ShippingEasy is the time savings. I can upload a CSV file with all of my orders or enter them manually if needed. I also save $1 on every package, and I ship about 100 packages a week, so that’s a huge savings! I love that my customers can easily track their orders through the email notification they receive when the label is created. I also love the simplicity of printing and cancelling a label when needed.
What shipping solution did you use before ShippingEasy?
I was spending 3 hours typing in every single address and going into the Post Office to stand in line. It was so monotonous and boring! I heard people talking about ShippingEasy, but it’s always scary to try something new! I had heard that ShippingEasy has great customer service and they would teach me everything so I gave it a whirl.
What is your favorite thing about ShippingEasy?
The very best thing about ShippingEasy is their customer service. I always get right through to an Account Manager within seconds of calling and they’re so helpful! They navigate my screen with me and help with any questions while teaching me the ropes. ShippingEasy also has articles in their Help Center dedicated to LuLaRoe sellers. There are videos and articles to quickly assist with any questions that I may have if I do not have time to contact their support team. My only regret is not using ShippingEasy sooner!
