What is the biggest benefit of using ShippingEasy?
We definitely save a lot on postage. Our product is frozen so we always have to ship fast, which means a high cost of postage. The rates in ShippingEasy for USPS are significantly better when we are dealing with heavy packages. ShippingEasy was also able to integrate our negotiated rates from UPS. Aside from saving money, we save a lot of time. Now we print the labels at the warehouse and either schedule a pickup or drop them off at the UPS or USPS office without having to wait in line, purchase postage, etc. The customer service at ShippingEasy is above par. We really feel valued by them, and their customer interaction is great!
What shipping solution did you use before ShippingEasy?
Before we joined ShippingEasy, we were actually going to the UPS store in person and paying for shipping there. We would carry in all of our packages by hand, and it would end up costing a lot more than we pay now. Spending time at the UPS store became inefficient, so we searched for a shipping solution that integrated with our eCommerce website (we use WooCommerce). We started with the Basic plan and loved it from the start. The orders from our website were automatically sent to ShippingEasy and we could compare rates between carriers. Printing the labels at our warehouse saved us time, and the lower postage rates saved us money. We had no reservations about ShippingEasy. We’re willing to try out anything to save time, and we are super glad we went with ShippingEasy!

Because of ShippingEasy’s lower USPS rates, we were able to offer a lower shipping cost to our customers. Since then, our number of orders have increased about threefold!
