What do you love most about ShippingEasy?
We save a lot of money on postage and time. Managing our orders is a breeze with ShippingEasy. We save so much time with our account being synced to our website and Amazon store, and with their automated shipping/tracking notification emails that are sent to our customers. Our customers love the shipping notification emails they receive that includes a link to the tracking information page.
If I ever have a questions, I usually reach out to customer service via live chat or phone, and have always been satisfied with the support I’ve received. I can honestly say that our questions are always answered within seconds. We have never had an issue or question that hasn’t been resolved.
What shipping solution did you use before ShippingEasy?
We were manually entering in every shipping address on USPS, UPS, & FedEx. It was extremely time consuming and frustrating to go between multiple websites, print the labels, and update the tracking for all of our shipments with little to no customer support. ShippingEasy reached out to us, and we decided to give it a go! We absolutely love the ease of use with ShippingEasy, the support we receive, and the amount of time and money we save!
