Thank you for all the feedback on how we can remove inefficiencies in your shipping processes. It seems our Volusion store owners have many different processes and instead of pleasing one group – we’re going to please ALL. You can now select the exact Order Status you would like for us to download in your Settings. As a result of this enhanced feature and customization for Volusion, we can reinstate the hourly download of orders if enough of you request it. Reply to this email if you would like the hourly download back vs the manual sync with store option.. Scroll down for HOW.
