Customize Your Customer Emails! Upload Your Address Book……Now!

ShippingEasy launched a couple of liberating features overnight. Let’s jump right in:

Email Customization:

We provide the template, you make the selections. You now have complete freedom to include the details you want, in the format you want – with plenty of room for custom messages, links and promotional copy. Go to Settings > Email Templates: https://app.shippingeasy.com/settings/templates to customize yours. Yes, you can have different templates for different stores. Nice.

You’ll find a very easy to name, set up and save template with loads of shortcuts to save you typing:

Upload Address Book:

If you’ve been in business for a while, you’ve likely accumulated an address book full of customers that you regularly ship to. Or, if you’ve come from another shipping solution and want to transfer the addresses you’ve shipped to in the past, we’ve got you covered. It’s as easy as uploading a CSV file.

Go to Settings>>Customer Addresses: https://app.shippingeasy.com/settings/customer_addresses and you will see the Upload addresses option:
