Good morning,
Did we mention that our Product and Dev teams are working overtime to enhance ShippingEasy with as many of your requests as possible before the holidays are upon us? Well, this week’s release reflects their mammoth effort as will the next few weeks!
What’s New?
ConnectEasy for Scales – no more Java applet (well, if you insist, we do still support it). Seamless scale reading from your browser – for all USB scales including Stamps, DYMO and Mettler-Toledo (v1 is for Windows users, Mac is coming soon). Learn more.
Find it in Settings:
CSV Tracking – if you sell on daily deal sites or other places that do not integrate directly with ShippingEasy, you are likely using a CSV to upload those orders. Now, you can download the same file WITH TRACKING NUMBERS added to each order in the file that was shipped. Access this from the Upload History tab:
Gift Notes – though every marketplace and platform do this a bit differently, we have started down the path of downloading Gift Notes with Amazon. More platforms to follow in the coming week. Learn more.
Filter to Orders with Notes – never miss another note! You can now find all Orders with a corresponding note (internal notes, gift notes, buyer notes) in a snap from the Orders page.
Use the filters in the left hand column on the Orders page to see only those Orders matching your selections, including specific Note types:
USPS Pick Up – after more troubleshooting than we’d like to admit, your pick up requests are now being successfully received by USPS!
UPS High Value report – for shipment values greater than $1K that include insurance, you will need a UPS High Value Report to give to the driver. Print this directly from the Shipment History page using the Reprint button. Learn more.
New Rule – STATE. Now you can easily categorize Orders by geographic region. This off the back of a slew of new rules and an increase in maximum to 30 last week.
Speed – just quietly you might notice significant speed improvements in our app …..our optimization efforts in the background are slicing time off each step
In Case You Missed It:
- Complete customization is here when it comes to things your customers see:
- Email notifications – do it your way!
- Packing Slips – move things where you want them
Coming Soon:
- QuickBooks – Tuesday, Nov 4th
- Customize columns on the Orders page
- UPS/FedEx multi-box feature
