You will notice a few new, time-saving features today plus a few tweaks to make things better.
1 click printing
LESS STEPS – same printed label. Many of you have requested a faster method for printing single labels. It’s here.
Just hit “Quick! Print It” once you have a rate and the label will print. Try it out:
- Set it up: go to Settings>>Hardware & Devices >> Printer
- Applet: you will download an applet which essentially bridges the gap between your computer, printer and browser.
- Java: you will be prompted to download the most recent version of Java if you haven’t already
Enhanced pagination & scroll
If you routinely ship more than 15 orders at a time or have batches with more than 15 items, get ready to smile. One of our clever engineers has made it much easier to manage a long list of individual orders on the Ready to Ship page. Shorter blocks of orders with handy pagination and a scroll bar mean even the longest list is manageable.
USB Scale
We have started the roll out of USB Scale integration, allowing you to pull in the weight from your scale on the fly. We are all set to help Windows 7 and Windows 8 users with a Stamps 2510, Stamps 510 and DYMO M25. More scales and operating systems coming soon. Report Update
It’s great to see our customers using every last row and column of our handy Reports. We have added a few things by popular demand:
- SKU and Shipped weight – now included on the Complete Shipping Report
- State/Province field – now included in the Shipment Destinations Report
Haven’t used our Reports yet? Just click on Reports in the top level navigation and you’ll be amazed by what’s available:
A few other small things we’ve tweaked:
- Removed case sensitivity on the Order Search box on Ready to Ship page
- Amazon store owners: FedEx shipments now updating accurately
- International labels FedEx/UPS – full size display remedied
- 3dcart – option to bring in “Hold” status (go to Settings>>Stores)
We have stacks of new features and optimization work to make things faster coming in the lead up to the Holiday season. More soon.
