We spoke to Cass at Share the Love Today about ShippingEasy and this is what she had to say…

What do you love most about ShippingEasy?

The biggest benefit for our business if the efficiency we have gained in our shipping department. Migrating to ShippingEasy was a seamless integration with our Shopify platform. ShippingEasy makes it very simple for our orders to flow through our pipeline. An order comes in and an order goes out quicker, with fewer steps than ever before.

What shipping solution did you use before ShippingEasy?

Over the last 7+ years I have owned 3 eCommerce companies. Along the way we have tried several shipping programs and I was thrilled when we found ShippingEasy about 3 years ago. The on-boarding process is truly EASY. Their awesome IT/Customer Service agents walked us through the simple configuration process and we were up and running in no time. The biggest challenge for us was actually our printer, which had nothing to do with ShippingEasy. However, they helped us fix that too!

All the shipping programs we trialled seemed to have their benefits and pitfalls. We never found a program that did everything we needed so we were not shipping very efficiently. In my research I came across ShippingEasy and it seemed like the program would do everything we needed and more. (All the benefits without the pitfalls.) I must admit I was a little skeptical to make another change because I had done so many times before. However, I am so glad that we did….and so is my shipping department!

What is your favorite ShippingEasy feature?

Using their program, we receive substantial postal discounts and their email system notifies customers of shipments and tracking numbers without any extra effort on our end. Their dashboard even lets us see that packages have been delivered. It’s a “One Stop” shop and that’s exactly what we were looking for. This program truly does make shipping EASY.
