All plans require a credit card to purchase postage with USPS.

If you select a paid plan, ShippingEasy also needs your credit card to cover the monthly fee. If you select our FREE, Starter plan, you will not incur any fees from ShippingEasy. You can choose to fund a postage balance with as little as $10. Otherwise, there are NO charges to your credit card.

Absolutely. You can upgrade your account at any time from your Settings. The additional cost of a higher plan is billed pro-rata based on the remaining days in your billing cycle. Downgrades go into effect at the end of the current billing period (eg you get the benefit of the higher volume threshold and value-adds for the full, current month).

Yes. There is no contract of any kind and no obligation. A plan cancellation goes into effect at the end of the current billing period.

Yes and no. Those plans offer Commercial Base pricing, like our FREE Starter plan. So, we can beat the $15.95 and offer you the same rates without any monthly fee whatsoever. So, it's FREE vs $15.95.

If you prefer Commercial Plus pricing, you will want to choose a paid plan. Our paid plans start at $29/month but it is rare the savings do not more than cover any additional investment.
