Common Questions

  • Can I change my plan at any time?
    You can upgrade your account at any time from your Settings. The additional cost of a higher plan is billed pro-rata based on the remaining days in your billing cycle. Downgrades go into effect at the end of the current billing period (eg. you get the benefits of the higher volume threshold until the next monthly cycle begins).
  • Can I cancel my account?
    Yes. There is no contract of any kind and no obligation. A plan cancellation goes into effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Do you need my credit card at sign up?
    ShippingEasy does not require a credit card to get started. You will need to add one to your account to pay for postage through our app, however. If you use UPS and FedEx only, you will be invoiced directly via these carriers, per usual.
  • What happens if I go over my shipment limit?
    We will automatically upgrade you to the next highest plan level. Contact customer support if this happens for help and assistance.
  • I have to pay for ANOTHER monthly service?
    For most online sellers, ShippingEasy more than pays for itself through the discounted USPS rates provided. In other words, our paid plan customers make up the cost of the monthly subscription through postage savings and usually even more. Plus, you get the bonus of getting a risk-free, 30 day free trial.
  • I live outside of the USA, can I still use ShippingEasy?
    At this stage ShippingEasy is for shipments originating in the USA. Merchants can be anywhere at all! And Orders can be shipped domestically and internationally. However, they need to start in the United States.
