What are the new USPS rates?
We’ve mentioned that the new USPS rates are great, but what exactly can you expect? Starting today, ShippingEasy customers can take advantage of:
- Savings up to 89% off retail prices
- Up to 15% off Commercial Rates on USPS Priority Mail®
- Merchants who already use Cubic Pricing can take advantage of additional discounts
When will rates go into effect?
The new rates have gone into effect as of October 19, 2022, at 12:01 AM CT. These rates have been automatically enabled on your account, so you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the lowest USPS rates in the industry. All you have to do is log in to ShippingEasy and select your USPS options as usual.
A note about holiday surcharges
USPS has announced they’ll implement their annual USPS Temporary Rate Increase again for the peak holiday season. These increased rates will apply to many of the most popular services offered by USPS and will remain in effect until 12 a.m. Central on January 22, 2023. However, ShippingEasy customers won’t be subject to most holiday surcharges this season! Please note holiday surcharges won’t apply to the weight and zone prices under CPP, but they will apply to those at CPP.
