WE DID IT!
By “we”, that very much includes our customers and partners. Today WE launched the all new ShippingEasy app.
It’s been a long, enlightening road of customer feedback, hard work and internal debates – yielding a brand new shipping app. Reimagined, redesigned and reengineered – task by task, feature by feature, page by page, setting by setting. In short, we reconsidered everything. We fit as much as possible into this first version with many more features to be released in the coming weeks and months.
The new ShippingEasy features all new: interface, shortcuts, batch options, returns, settings and support. Plus, ALL NEW CODE. It’s faster, more robust and more intuitive. We are intent on 2 things: fast and easy. Oh, we should also add in money. Less that is. When it comes to shipping costs, we are shaving them. Meet our wholesale partner: Endicia now bundled into all paid plans.
This is the start of something new. But, it’s only the beginning. We have a steady stream of new features, sections and shortcuts that will be released on a weekly basis starting this week. A strong foundation is the only way to build something genuinely good that will last. That’s what we’ve done. We’ve got a rock solid product that will help even the largest shippers save time and money – and we’ll be back with continuous feature updates in the days to come.
