What do you love most about ShippingEasy?

"Savings on the smaller boxes was huge for us because we have 600 retail shipments a week and most of them fall under the requirement for “Flat Rate Green.” The savings are anywhere from 25 cents up to a few dollars per package. This helps us provide low, affordable shipping rates for customers.

Starting off, I had to call Customer Service a lot, just to ask one or two questions as I approached different hurdles. They were always helpful and if the answer was not clear cut we would work together to find one. Returns are very simple as well!"

What shipping solution did you use before ShippingEasy?

"We were using to manage all of our shipments. The biggest challenge we ran into was integrating our stores so the orders would come into our shipping solution and update back to the store with tracking. We would have to download a batch file and manually upload them to for postage. The worst part was entering every tracking number manually.

There were some reservations about switching to ShippingEasy. The biggest question was, “Will I like the setup and be able to navigate around the platform?” I heard about ShippingEasy from a USPS representative. We were discussing rates and commercial discounts and ShippingEasy came up so I decided to check it out. I’ve been very pleased with the automation and ease of use."

"There are so many shipping platforms out there, but this one stands out. Good customer service, easy to use, plus you’re saving money the whole time. The fact that all my orders come to the same place makes it much easier to manage orders. You get it all: faster feedback to the customers, plus tracking and shipment history make it easy to handle customers concerns."
