"Savings on the smaller boxes was huge for us because we have 600 retail shipments a week and most of them fall under the requirement for “Flat Rate Green.” The savings are anywhere from 25 cents up to a few dollars per package. This helps us provide low, affordable shipping rates for customers.
Starting off, I had to call Customer Service a lot, just to ask one or two questions as I approached different hurdles. They were always helpful and if the answer was not clear cut we would work together to find one. Returns are very simple as well!"
