Though it replaces our email support you might have used in the past, it was built from over 25K email responses sent by our team to customers just like you. It’s important for ShippingEasy to continue to find new ways to support our FREE plan in an efficient manner that works for our customers. Your help and feedback helped us make sure this will!

You can upgrade your plan anytime from your Settings. Otherwise, we look forward to evolving our new support center in line with your feedback. We have a team of people committed to adding, editing and evolving as we add features and learn about sticking points.
