Given the industry you’re in – we don’t have to tell you the holidays are officially upon us! As we close out 2013, there are a few changes to ShippingEasy’s support that we’d like to let you know about. Our objective is to strike the right balance between providing our customers with extensive support while giving our hardworking staff time during the Holidays to relax, recharge and spend time with their loved ones.
The ShippingEasy office will be CLOSED:
- Tuesday, Dec 24th , early release at 12noon CST
- Wednesday, Dec 25th
- Tuesday, Dec 31st , early release at 12noon CST
- Wednesday, Jan 1st
The ShippingEasy office will be OPEN with reduced staff from 8:30am-5:30pm CST:
- Monday Dec 23rd
- Tuesday, Dec 24th ; however, early release at 12noon CST
- Thursday-Friday, Dec 26th – 27th
- Monday, Dec 30th
- Tuesday, Dec 31st; however, early release at 12noon CST
The ShippingEasy office will return to our full team and normal operating hours on Thursday, January 2nd 2014.
