We have been working hard to find new and faster ways to get service and answers to our Starter plan customers. After many, many months in the making, today we are pleased to announce the launch of our brand new, 24.7 knowledgebase: the ShippingEasy Support Center. It is full of frequently asked questions, easy to find information and endless images to simplify learning.

Thank you to so many of you who helped us design, shape and build this great new resource. We are confident it will enable you and thousands of other online sellers to continue to take advantage of our shipping software with support included. It’s important for ShippingEasy to continue to find new ways to support our Starter plan in an efficient manner that works for our customers. Your help and feedback helped us make sure this will!

If you would like access to support options beyond the ShippingEasy Support Center, please select a plan that offers your preferred support option here. You can upgrade your plan anytime from your Settings. Otherwise, we look forward to evolving our new support center in line with your feedback. We have a team of people committed to adding, editing and evolving as we add features and learn about sticking points.
